Senior Software Engineer - Frontend(Angular)

Position Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Angular ninja to lead the development and optimization of our component library. You'll champion best practices, mentor juniors, evangelize the library internally and externally, and shape its future – all while ensuring top-notch code quality and performance. What You'll do:

• Lead the design and development of new Angular components, working closely with designers and product managers.
• Refactor and optimize existing components for performance and maintainability.
• Champion best practices, advocating for and implementing innovative solutions within the library architecture.
• Own the entire component lifecycle, from concept and design to documentation and deployment.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on component development and library usage.
• Drive adoption of the component library within the organization through workshops and API showcases.
• Contribute to and influence the roadmap for the library, proposing new features and enhancements.
• Establish and maintain a high-quality codebase, ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural principles.
• Evangelize the component library to external developers.

What you bring:

• 7+ years of experience as a Frontend Software Developer
• Strong proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML and CSS(SCSS)
• Experience with component-based architecture and design patterns
• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with accessibility best practices and building WCAG-compliant components.
• Familiarity with build tools like npm, Webpack(Vite), and Angular CLI
• Experience with Jest, Cypress or other testing frameworks
• Experience with CICD for FE, Micro-Frontend, Module federation, NX, Monorepo - Big Advantage.
