As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of both front-end and back-end components of our platforms. You will work with technologies including React, Java, Spring Boot, Kotlin, and Kafka to develop high-performance, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications using React and Next JS.

- Implement back-end services with Java, Spring Boot, and Kotlin.

- Develop and manage event streaming with Kafka.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

- Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications.

- Apply 12-factor application principles to build robust, scalable solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous improvement processes.

- Contribute to the product roadmap and new feature development.

- Implement automation, monitoring, logging, and alerting for continuous deployment.

- Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Required Qualifications:

- Extensive 9+ experience with front-end development using React, NextJS.

- Proficient in back-end development with Java, Spring Boot, and Kotlin.

- Experience with event streaming technologies, particularly Kafka.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native development.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Understanding and application of 12-factor app principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.

- Knowledge of security best practices in software development.

- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
