Senior Software Engineer (React, TypeScript)

As a Senior Front-end Software Engineer, you'll join a dynamic team committed to innovation. The team focuses on working with exciting and unique projects within the business management, fleet management, and energy sectors tackling technical challenges.

In this role, you will

• Take a leading role in developing responsive, efficient, and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend technologies
• Work with highly senior colleagues, gaining and providing insights and feedback that will foster growth for you and the team
• Provide mentorship to junior frontend developers, assisting them in improving their skills and knowledge
• Participate in the architectural and design discussions, contribute to the decision-making process, and help define best practices and coding standards for frontend development
• Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide input on user experience (UX) design, and communicate effectively throughout the development process

What you will bring

• 5+ years of experience in frontend programming
• Expert knowledge of React and TypeScript and modern frontend applications development
• Proficient in advanced JavaScript solutions beyond basic React or other framework programming
• Fundamentals in 2D/3D graphics in a web browser using WebGL and Three.js
• Expert knowledge in application testing and security
• Ability to design system architecture, establish coding standards, and implement project-specific best practices
• Experience in continuous deployment and delivery of frontend applications
• Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and communication skills
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English

Salary range: € 3500 - 6500 (gross / month)
