[Main Responsibilities]

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions that connect our products with customer systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the integration team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Develop proof of concept (POC) deployments for experimental products, demonstrating their potential and value to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer support, to understand integration requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of integration solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into integration strategies where appropriate.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, providing expert guidance to the team.
• Document integration processes, solutions, and best practices for internal and external use.

[Required Experience & Qualifications]

This is a tech lead position, but we are looking for someone who is also willing to be hands-on with coding. 

Especially if you are confident in speaking, reading, and writing in English, you would be a strong candidate.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on system integration.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and guiding complex projects to successful completion.
• Strong expertise in integration technologies, APIs, middleware, and cloud services.
• Proficiency in Golang, Python, C++
• Proficiency in Protocol Buffer, gRPC, Kubernetes, MQTT
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to stay current with new technologies and drive their adoption in integration projects.
