IBM is looking for a Senior Solution Consultant at IBM Consulting responsible for end-to-end solutioning of complex deals negotiating and building winning solutions using IBM offerings leading complex solution designs and architecture.
- Role of a Senior Solution Consultant.
- End-to-end solutioning for complex deals (TCV >= $10M)
- Leading complex solution designs and architecture
- Negotiating and building winning solutions using IBM assets and offerings
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing technical solutions for SAP consulting services including implementation roadmaps and associated cost cases using a combination of offerings services labor and assets to meet client business requirements.
- The successful candidate will also need to travel to on-site client locations to perform client-facing roles (including attending client workshops discovery sessions client presentations client orals contract negotiations etc.)
- Helping to build sell and deliver innovative integrated and technical solutions
- Creating a clear view of how solution components interweave into the customer's industry and transformation objectives
- Providing technical leadership in designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions with high levels of performance security scalability maintainability and reliabiliy
- SAP Certified Functional Consultants or Project Managers with SAP Functional background (MM/SD/FICO/PP etc.) having 10-12 years of relevant experience for a Technical Solutioning.
- Candidates should have experience in delivering at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects including at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation and should possess excellent communication and client-facing skills. On-site working exposure (domestic or global client) in at least one project is preferred.
- Expertise in leading and delivering competitive and technically viable solutions
- Liaising with clients and IBM Consulting team to gather solution requirements client expectations and contribute to defining value propositions
- Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior executives
- Working closely with larger pursuit teams in leading the development of the overall solution
- Leading architecture and solution decisions reconciling estimates and optimizing the solution
- Driving client workshops oral presentations and SOW/proposal development
- Coaching mentoring and assisting Solution Consultants to build optimized quality services solutions
