The Senior Value Orchestrator will play a critical role in operationalizing the program’s value framework by managing the full value lifecycle — from definition through measurement reporting and continuous improvement. This position will focus on developing robust metrics KPIs and tracking mechanisms to ensure the program delivers its intended outcomes and demonstrable benefits. This role requires a data-driven mindset strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable performance measurement systems.
- 10+ years of experience in program performance measurement benefits tracking or value management ideally in infrastructure or technology programs.
- Strong knowledge of KPI development benefits realization and impact assessment methodologies.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Excel advanced analytics).
- Experience working with large complex multi-stakeholder programs preferably in federal government or transportation sectors.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must have the Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
