Position Title: Senior Technical Product Manager, Platform Engineering

About the Role

The LTK Platform team makes up an integral component of the company’s Central Technology mission, playing a key role in the organization's general dare-driven transformation. As a Senior Technical Product Manager you will help drive Platform strategy decisions, communicate work throughout the company and work closely with the Platform Engineering Manager. We thrive in an extremely dynamic environment, focusing relentlessly on the needs of our different customers (brands, creators, and consumers which make up the core business units). We seek thought-partners who can collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and marketing teams to deliver quality solutions rapidly. 

• Build, drive and promote the product vision and strategy for Platform Engineering.
• Work with engineering manager to plan and prioritize Platform work delivering maximum business value with a customer first mindset 
• Author and update product requirements based on active communication with stakeholders
• Communicate Platform work and roadmap to other product managers and business partners to collaborate where needed
• Maintain an understanding of the different Platform products and impact to answer high level questions
• Drive product discussion and brainstorming 
• Define key metrics to track success and prioritize features. Help plan and run A/B testing.
• Simplify processes to ensure stakeholder needs are met

• 3-5+ years of Product Management experience in a backend team with a track record of delivering
• Experience working with Platform teams that create and manage deployment systems, 
• Experience working with Data Engineering or similar teams
• Strong analytics and quantitative skills (ideally knowledge of SQL)
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about Data products
• Skilled in Agile management tools like JIRA
• Skilled in Google Docs
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with a broad Roadmap of projects and keeping stakeholders up to date on long timeline projects
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable based on project outcomes and stakeholder needs
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical partners
• Strong communicator and collaborator willing to work with people of all levels and backgrounds
• Familiarity of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native application architecture
