Senior Treasury Analyst

Role Summary

We at Mavenir are looking for a “Senior Treasury Analyst” this role reports directly to the Head of Global Treasury Operations (Senior Manager, Treasury) and will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks supporting Treasury Operations and Insurance programs.This role will also support company growth in the Global market by building efficiencies, improving treasury processes, and working cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Legal, and External Banking partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing cash flow reports for the treasury team and compiling weekly cash flow analysis.
• Participate in the month end closing process with analytical schedules and audit requests as needed.
• Support global cash funding and repatriation process for international subsidiaries and validation clearance of major payments.
• Support assigned banking projects involving opening and closure of bank accounts by working with our external banking partners to provide required legal forms for account signers and board resolutions and complete KYC (“Know Your Customer”) due diligence.
• Investigate and resolve banking related issues timely to serve internal teams, vendors and customers.
• Administration of online banking portals and handle user entitlements and updates.
• Support daily preparation and analysis of cash reports for management.
• Support FX spot trade transaction.
• Identify improvement opportunities, generate ideas, and implement solutions to treasury automation and process.
• oOther duties may be assigned as necessary for the successful operation of the business. 
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from an accredited 4-year college or university in Accounting, Finance, or General Business required.
• MBA and /or CTP certification a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ corporate treasury, cash management, banking or analysis experience required.
• Hands-on experience with major online banking platforms required.
• Advanced knowledge of international banking processes, regulations, and laws.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and efficient communication skills to work in global environment.
• Proficient knowledge of office computer platforms and applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SAP Business Object/Microsoft BI.
• Experience in Oracle/SAP ERP systems is a plus.
