We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping the user experience of our diverse projects. The primary focus will be on healthcare-related solutions powered by generative AI, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge innovation. This role requires close collaboration with an international team to deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that align with our requirements and guidelines.

• 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Expertise in Figma for wireframing and prototyping
• Solid understanding of user experience principles and design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Fluent English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have skills

• Experience with usability testing and user research would be beneficial
• Familiarity with additional design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision) is a plus
• Knowledge of maintaining design systems.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality UI wireframes using Figma, adhering to project-specific requirements.
• Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Work independently on designing web applications, focusing on quick prototyping and demo-building.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design alignment and successful implementation of user-centered designs.
• Apply UX principles to enhance user experience across various projects, primarily in the healthcare domain.
• Provide input on usability testing and user research to refine and optimize designs.
