At Salesloft, our UI/UX Web Designer is pivotal to our companyâs success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing marketing team.Â
THE OPPORTUNITY
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for helping deliver the best interactive experiences across Salesloftâs web platforms. Specifically, you will:
- Command the full design process including design creation, conceptualization, wireframing/storyboarding, and finalizing layouts for mobile and desktop
- Apply current design trends and Salesloft branding styles to create and evolve powerful brand narratives to create visually compelling digital products
- Obsessively attend to details to achieve pixel perfection
- Conducts in-depth website analysis (Google Analytics, heat mapping, accessibility, and user experience).
- Ideates, creates, and manages CRO experiments on Salesloft websites through testing platforms (Convert, Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, etc.).
- Creates and optimizes web pages for paid search/social efforts through data-driven insights and A/B testing.
- Writes and presents data-driven user experience (UX) insights to marketing team and other subject matter experts.
- Consults with other subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure that strategies are aligned.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Collaborate with the web development team to deliver digital products that exceed expectations.

THE TEAM:
Our Salesloftâs Marketing team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming demand generation specialists, inbound SDRs, product marketers and industry leaders who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

The Marketing team consists of results-oriented SaaS marketing professionals defining and owning the sales engagement market. THE SKILL SET:
- 3 - 5 yrs experience as a UI/UX Web Designer
- BA/BS degree or other relevant experience
- Build storyboards to conceptualize designs to convey project plans to stakeholders.
- Create surveys for research using tools like HotJar to gather feedback on user's ease of use and satisfaction with Salesloftâs websites
- Analyze customer responses and website data to examine high traffic web pages and determine why certain webpages perform better and build plans to improve low performing pages
- Design the components to be implemented on Salesloftâs website drawing from Salesloftâs brand guidelines
- Fluency in Google Analytics and web tracking tools.
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Design experience using Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Invision, etc.
- Knowledge of UX best practices.
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work on many projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
- Effective writing and communication skills to convey testing results and insights to non-experts.
- Knowledge of quality assurance/quality control processes.
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.Â
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.Â
- Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOUâLL:
- Attend Salesloftâs New Hire Orientation where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our âLoftersâ uniqueÂ
- Begin 1:1âs with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, meet & shadow current members of the Salesloft team, and delve into your territoryÂ
- Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
- Assess current state of marketing tech stack and familiarize yourself with all of our systems
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOUâLL:
- Build innovative programs that excel our marketing campaigns
- Analyze marketing and sales trends to buy room for new opportunities
- Meet regularly with marketing and sales team to build strategies around go-to-market, outbound sales plays and alignment
- Become an expert on internal tools and processes
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOUâLL:
- Create vision for the future of the Salesloft marketing tech stack
- Continue to focus on your OKRs
- Assist in the development of best practices for lead generation and sales followup
- Have created and executed campaigns that have accelerated pipeline and created revenue
- Measured and analyzed success and be able to present key findings to leadership
- Continue to be innovative, creating new programs and process that enable Salesloft to be #1 in the sales engagement market
