At Ledger, we understand that fostering vibrant communities and providing valuable content are essential pillars of Web3 development. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Writer to join our dynamic team at Ledger. As a Senior Writer, you will play a crucial role in creating comprehensive and engaging content that educates and informs our audience about complex technical topics in the crypto field.

Your mission

• Collaborate with tech teams at Ledger to draft single source of truth documents that facilitate comprehension of technical topics related to the crypto industry
• Gather technical information from various stakeholders and distill it into digestible briefs and well-written content for content writers
• Write articles on a wide range of technical topics in the crypto field, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and engaging storytelling
• Develop help center articles to support customer support teams in addressing common queries and providing comprehensive guidance
• Edit content received from writers, ensuring technical exactitude and adherence to style guidelines
• Assist leadership at Ledger by drafting thought leadership blogs that showcase their expertise in technical topics within the crypto industry
• Conduct thorough research to stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in the crypto field
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging

What we're looking for

• Strong technical understanding of the crypto industry, including blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and related concepts
• Proven experience in distilling complex technical information into clear and concise briefs and content
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with different stakeholders, including tech teams, leadership, and customer support
• Demonstrated experience in writing articles, blog posts, and other forms of content in the crypto field
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
• A passion for the crypto industry and a desire to stay updated with the latest trends and developments
