Service Solution Workshop AI Developer

Introduction
The Service Solutions Workshop AI Developer is a core IBM IT Developer or IT Specialist role. They are responsible building code assets around new Service Partner solutions and services being developed during Service Solutions Workshop engagements with IBM Services partners. They will be part of the core squads deployed in the targeted Markets to work with top Gold and Platinum Service partners to develop repeatable solutions and managed services around IBM technology.

The Service Solutions Workshop AI Developer will be assessed on the adoption of IBM AI technologies across IBM’s Service Partners. This role will require significant collaboration with IBM Ecosystem Leaders IBM Brand teams and IBM Research. You will work alongside a highly cohesive fast paced and outcome oriented global team.

A successful candidate in this role will:
Apply software development methodology to assist Partners in codifying and deploying services and solutions around IBM technology.
Demonstrate leadership qualities and behaviors in dealing with individuals and multi-functional teams of Partner and IBM Teams.
Showcase IBM product domain expertise in providing thought leadership and advisory tailored to the Partners needs.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Develop code assets that drive the adoption of IBM AI technologies as part of Services Solution Workshop engagements with assigned partners.
• Deliver hands on demonstrations around IBM AI technology and products that Service Partners are designing and building solutions and services around.
• Contribute to the technical decision analysis to help Partners make the right IBM technology choices around the solution services and user experience being developed during the workshop.
• Team with squad members during the engagement to design and develop MVPs for the solutions or services the Partner is pursuing.
• Work with the Solutions Offering manager and the Solution Architect closely.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Few years of working experience as Developer.
• Demonstrated hands-on software development experience with AI technologies.
• Subject Matter Expertise in IBM AI products and technologies.
