Now Hiring: Shipyard Supervisor Location: Philadelphia, PA Long Term Project Wages: $32.00 - $34.00 per Hour $150.00 per diem if eligible $400.00 Travel 1 Weeks lodging paid Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate the activities of shipyard workers, including welders, fitters, electricians, and laborers. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. • Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting progress to management. • Conduct inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications. • Train and mentor team members to promote skill development and productivity. • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
