Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a talented Data Integration Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data integration technologies and a passion for delivering high-quality data solutions.

Responsibilitie

Responsible for the management of Site Reliability Engineering, have hands-on knowledge on manage & troubleshot server, network and applications

Responsible for the deployment and daily monitoring of the company's business systems to ensure the normal operation and emergency response

Provide in-depth understanding of the operation and maintenance architecture, good at architecture design, performance optimization, and platform security; Responsible for the improvement of the operation and maintenance team skills, to ensure the professional level of the operation and maintenance team

Profile

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelors in Engineering or Business
• Strong hands-on experience deploying SaaS products across major cloud providers. AWS including EC2, S3, EKS, Secrets Manager, KMS, ECS, SSM, IAM, CloudTrail, Cognito, SES, SNS, SQS, Route53, Direct Connect, Codebuild, VPC, SecurityHub, Certificate Manager, Lambda, RDS, PatchManager.
• 3+ years' experience in one or more programming languages - Languages - Python, Shell Script, Hashicorp Configuration Language (Terraform).
• Basic understanding in Java Spring Boot, Liquibase and Groovy (Jenkins).
• Good understanding of API calls using Curl, Postman; YAML format.
• Decent skills in IAC tools. – Terraform; CI/CD pipelines. – Jenkins; and containers. – Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with message broker tools. – Solace.
• Good Database management skills. – PostgreSQL
• Experience with source code management, GitHub; GitFlow and branching strategy.
• Good understanding of SRE processes, ITIL and AGILE methodology.
• Hands-on experience of core ITSM processes (INM/SRM, CHM, PBM), experience of working with ITSM tools such as HP SM / ServiceNOW / FreshService etc.
• Preferable to have ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certifications.
• Experience in Monitoring Tools- Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, CloudWatch.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
