Compensation : The compensation for this role may range from $147500-$165400 salary.

About the role

As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) you will ensure the stability performance and scalability of our AI agent tool. We will count on you to apply software engineering principles to infrastructure and operations problems guaranteeing a reliable and resilient system. Along the way you will get to:

• System Reliability: Take ownership of the reliability of the AI agent tool. You'll define and monitor key metrics like Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) to maintain a high level of availability.

• Incident Management: Leverage and improve the incident response process. You'll contribute/guide post-mortems and implement corrective actions to prevent future outages and improve system resilience.

• Automation: Automate repetitive manual tasks across the infrastructure and operational workflows. Your work will reduce toil and enable the team to focus on strategic projects.

• Scalability & Performance: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges. You'll optimize the application and its infrastructure to handle increasing traffic and data loads with a focus on Cloud Run services.
