SMB Implementation Consultant

We're looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented self-starter to join our Client Success department as an Implementation Consultant. Once a sale is completed, our Implementation Consultants ensure the Awardco product is properly set up and configured to meet client needs. This role requires excellent communication and project management skills in order to build and maintain strong relationships with your assigned clients.

What you will do:

• Develop and manage client relationships during product implementation, ensuring Awardco is properly set up and configured for clients
• Consult your assigned clients on the best practices of using the Awardco product in order to create a culture of employee recognition
• Maintain high levels of communication with clients throughout project timeline
• Ensure that each project task is done correctly and efficiently while meeting all project deadlines
• Become an expert in the Awardco platform through product configuration
• Work efficiently with other departments across the company

What you will bring:

• Immense attention to detail as you manage multiple different projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A track record of learning and mastering the use of no-code software tools
• 4-year Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience in a client facing role strongly preferred
• Time-based project management experience strongly preferred
• Experience with product configuration in a SaaS/tech industry preferred
• Proven track record of success in each job you've held
