SOC Services Delivery Manager CIC

These centers offer our clients locally-based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

The SOC (Security Operation Center) Services Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of technical services to clients.

This role involves overseeing project execution guiding the technical services team analyzing performance implementing improvements and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The Manager plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction driving operational efficiency and contributing to the overall success of technical services delivery. They conduct comprehensive analyses to identify potential service gaps within existing offerings and leverage current technologies advanced analytics and data-driven insights to provide expert consultation on enhancing services.

Their goal is to optimize service delivery drive revenue growth and ensure the robustness and scalability of the service portfolio through the integration of cutting-edge technology solutions.
