• Develop and implement social media strategies for the US market to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Create engaging content (UGC) for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.
• Take care of all community management activities, including affiliate programs. Interact with the online community, respond to inquiries, and maintain customer relationships.
• Actively observe trends and developments in social media and e-commerce to develop innovative ideas and approaches.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools and create reports to optimize strategies.

• At least 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
• Experience working as a social media manager for a U.S. (DTC) e-commerce brand or handling a brand targeting the U.S. market.
• Proven experience in creating high-quality UGC content.
• Native-level proficiency in English. Fluency in German is a plus.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Good understanding of marketing principles.
• Solid grasp of customer relationship management.
• Proactive, independent, and creative approach to work.
• Efficient in content creation.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as CapCut, TikTok, Instagram, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop.
