Software Developer

We have a great opportunity for you to join us in this contract role within the Solutions Delivery team at Equity Trustees. Reporting to the Team Leader (Software Development), you will focus on delivering quality solutions to users as part of the integration work resulting from the acquisition of Australian Executor Trust. You will review business requirements and produce technical artefacts, work with the Enterprise/Solutions Architect/Project Managers and line manager to determine solutions at every stage of the SDLC.

Longer term, you will be maintaining and developing applications, integrations, and enhancements across multiple platforms and business processes. In addition, providing advice on developing new solutions, and integrations with other systems.

What you need to succeed:

• Extensive experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and PowerApps
• Strong SQL skills, including expertise in DBA tasks (advanced database management is a plus)
• Experience with SharePoint
• Proficient in .NET framework, Windows/Web Application Development
• Experience with Frontend technologies including but not limited to JavaScript, JQuery
• Proficient in MS SQL Server – including Data Tools such as SSIS, and SSRS.
• Web services development
• Working with data (XML, JSON, LINQ, Entity Framework)
• Software Design Skills and demonstrated SDLC experience
• Tertiary qualification in IT is required, applicable technical certifications, (Microsoft, other developer certs)
