Software Development Intern

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Primary Purpose:

The Software Development Intern will be assigned to projects that will assist in coding, testing and maintaining the CXone (Customer Experience) software platform.

Major Functions/Responsibility

• Work as a member of an agile team to enhance and improve software written in one or more of the following languages: C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Go, SQL
• Design and present projects to improve current process and overall platform.
• Code and test projects.
• Deliver high-quality software on time
• Attend meetings and training as required.
• Work with system analysis and product management for the successful completion of a project.
• Follow established department procedures, policies, and processes.
• Follow the company Code of Ethics and CXone policies and procedures at all times.

Education Requirement:

• Junior or Senior in a Computer Science or Business Information/Technology program.

Experience Requirement:

• In Pursuit of a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering
• GPA 3.0 or higher
• Fast learner, good problem solving and communication skills, able to work independently on engineering tasks once explained.
