Software Engineer - Growth

About the Role:

As a Growth Hacker at StarTree, you will play a crucial role in our product-led growth (PLG) and customer success initiatives by building tools and automation that enhance user engagement and streamline growth processes. You will be responsible for developing innovative solutions, integrating various systems, and leveraging AI to improve user support and data analysis. Your work will directly impact our ability to scale and optimize growth strategies efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Tool and Automation Development: Build and maintain tools that automate growth processes, including user tracking, data analysis, and reporting.
• AI and Data Utilization: Leverage AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), to extract insights and provide actionable recommendations, experimenting with cutting-edge AI tools and techniques.
• User Experience and Onboarding: Develop solutions to improve user experience and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging start for new users.
• Customer Sentiment Analysis: Create solutions to understand customer sentiments and feedback, helping to drive improvements based on user insights.
• Reporting and Dashboards: Build reporting tools and dashboards to provide clear visibility into growth metrics and user engagement.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years proven experience in building automation tools and integrating systems.
• Aggressive automation mindset and obsession to adopt AI for productivity and efficiency.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience with AWS or GCP.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
