Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer / Tech Leader to join our dynamic team in Botucatu, Brazil. In this role, you will lead software development projects, mentor team members, and drive technical innovation within our organization.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of software engineers
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment
• Mentor and coach junior developers to enhance their technical skills
• Participate in architectural decisions and technology selection
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Contribute to the development of technical strategies aligned with business goals
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management
• Strong system design and architecture skills
• Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git
• Experience managing and mentoring development teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make decisive technical decisions
• Visionary approach to software development and team leadership
• In-depth knowledge of software development best practices
• Understanding of scalable and distributed systems
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Scrum Master) are a plus
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required
