Solutions Analyst

Support the definition, delivery, and success of WellSky products. The Solutions Analyst works with internal and external stakeholders to define product requirements and execute development and delivery of solutions.  Become an expert in defining, analyzing, and documenting software-integration requirements, including APIs and direct integration with internal and 3rd party systems.

A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

• Collaborate across the solution management team and with clients and other internal stakeholders to document requirements for projects varying in size and scope.
• Manage requirements in JIRA, ensure availability to scrum team, collaborate and track prioritization and adhere to agile development principles.
• Conduct market and user research to understand the jobs to be done.
• Maintain current solution documentation and support compliance processes.
• Gather success criteria data and report on solution metrics, KPIs and client adoption.
• Support internal and external communication projects and collateral materials for sales enablement.
• Lead small meetings to facilitate collaboration needed to accomplish the objectives of a project.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; or Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant work experience.

Do you stand above the rest?

Preferred Experience:

• 1 year of work experience in healthcare, SaaS, B2B, and/or enterprise software experience, or software integration experience.
• Experience working in an Agile scrum environment.
• Experience using JIRA, Miro, Visio or other solution mapping or development documentation tools and systems.
• Experience defining requirements for APIs / integration between products.

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge of and experience with working with FHIR standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications.
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
