We are currently seeking a BPO Business Support Senior Analyst to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (US-OK), United States (US).

BPO Business Support Senior Analyst

Basic Qualifications:

• 3 Years Microsoft Office Suite Experience
• 3 Years Insurance Processing Experience
• 3 Years Insurance Project Management

Responsibilities:

• Highest-level of support on programs, projects, reporting, filing for the BPO organization (electronic and hard-copy), confidential materials handling, and issue resolution through experiences performing the role.

• Subject matter expert in particular area of administrative support.

• Assists to review, update and implement process and policy improvements.

• Utilizes and promotes best practice processes around work assignments, project work, and quality of services output while maximizing overall team performance

• Regularly responsible for accessing, organizing, and maintaining confidential company information.

• Coordinates/leads special projects

• Exceptional knowledge of software programs to include Windows and MS Office applications and business unit specific programs.

• Advanced writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advancedability to effectively respond to shifting and changing priorities of a complex nature.

• Expert client service skills. Exceptional organization and time management

Hours of availablity must be 7:30-4 CST but are under a Flex-schedule system.

Must be commutable distance to either our Oklahoma City, OK office or Lincoln, NE Offices.
