Job Summary
Webcast Program Manager
The Solutions Insight Webcast Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing webcast events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the objectives of the organization. This role involves a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and effective communication.
Job Requirements
As a Solutions Insight Webcast Program Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of webcast events, ensuring seamless execution and delivering high-quality broadcasts. You will work closely with various teams, including sales, technical, marketing, and content creation, to achieve the organization's goals through webcasting.
Responsibilities:
1. Planning and Coordination:
o Collaborate with internal teams to understand webcast objectives, content, and technical requirements.
o Develop and maintain a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
o Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, technical setup, and participant coordination.
2. Technical Expertise:
o Oversee the technical aspects of webcasting, ensuring the proper setup of equipment, streaming platforms, and troubleshooting technical issues.
o Stay updated on the latest webcasting technologies and recommend improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
3. Content Management:
o Work closely with content creators to ensure that the webcast content aligns with the organization's goals and standards.
o Manage pre-event content preparation, including presentations, videos, and other multimedia elements.
4. Participant Engagement:
o Facilitate communication with participants, ensuring they are well-prepared for the webcast and have the necessary technical requirements.
o Monitor audience engagement during live events and implement strategies to enhance participation.
5. Quality Control:
o Conduct thorough testing of equipment and streaming platforms before live events to identify and address potential issues.
o Monitor live events to ensure quality standards are maintained and troubleshoot any problems that may arise.
6. Post-Event Analysis:
o Collect feedback from participants and internal stakeholders to evaluate the success of webcast events.
o Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on post-event analysis.
Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in a related field (communications, marketing, business, or equivalent experience).• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.• Proficiency in using sales enablement platforms, learning management systems, and content management systems.• Technical proficiency in webcasting platforms, streaming technologies, and audio-visual equipment.• Familiarity with content creation and multimedia elements.• Experience in developing and delivering training programs and materials for sales teams.• Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet during live events.• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement programs.• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

USA and Canada Residents Only:
The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $145k-$230k. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's).
