The Sr Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the implementation and management of our internal swag &

customer gifting program.

This role requires a detail oriented cross-functional teammate who takes action collaborates with others and

drives a streamlined process for swag to be used for internal and external purposes. They will own this process

completely ensuring swag requests are managed quickly and efficiently. The candidate will need to develop

strong relationships both internally and with vendors to ensure a smooth and timely process from request to

distribution. Working in a fast-paced environment this person will adapt to new challenges and opportunities

with ease and excitement.

What you’ll be doing:

• Organize oversee and monitor the company's swag program.

• Work closely with our Creative & Brand team to determine and continually evolve our swag and fulfillment offerings to customers and ‘Bits thinking outside the box.

• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to effectively determine and prioritize swag needs and propose solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Finance Legal People etc. to evaluate and approve swag requests and track budget usage.

• Establish and oversee the process to order and fulfill swag requests.

• Continually look to better our process and documentation as well as manage internal and vendor communications.

• Develop strong relationships with our vendors becoming an expert in the tool to champion the program and platform.

• Monitors orders to ensure swag is delivered on time and inventory levels are maintained.

• Monitor internal swag usage to ensure it follows process and brand guidelines.

• Manage & Scale 1Password’s online Swag Shop.

• Oversee budget for all customer gifting initiatives.

• Assist and support the team with initiatives and programs as required.

You will have:

• 3+ years professional experience in an operational or project management role.

• Experience managing multiple priorities and projects and moving them forward successfully

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders of all levels of seniority.

• Experience managing external vendors.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a high growth and fast moving environment.

• Strong skills in organizing budgeting communication and interpersonal relationships.
