Sr. Graphic Designer

Location Requirements:The candidate selected for this rolemustbe based in Arizona, Jersey City, NJ, or Los Angeles, CA . P.F. Chang’s China Bistro is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Creative Team. In this role, you will develop compelling visual content that represents our brand across digital, print, and in-store platforms. You will collaborate with third-party vendors, photographers, videographers, and internal teams to produce high-quality creative assets that communicate our brand voice effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Manage multiple projects from concept through execution. • Develop innovative design concepts aligned with business objectives and brand strategy. • Create digital and print marketing collateral, in-store displays, and promotional materials. • Design branding elements, advertising content, microsites, and event collateral. • Collaborate closely with Digital and Brand teams on creative initiatives. • Coordinate with vendors for production, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. • Assist in photography and video shoots as needed. • Perform image editing, color correction, and manipulation to enhance visual assets. • Organize and maintain the resource library of brand assets. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field; or AA with relevant experience. • 7+ years of professional graphic design experience. • Strong experience in adaptation of digital design. • In-depth knowledge of graphic design principles, branding, typography, and concept development. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); HTML and CSS knowledge highly desirable. • Experience with motion graphics and animations. • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines. • Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Proven track record of marketing and brand communication excellence. • Solid background in design -please submit a portfolio link or attach samples of your work to your application • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Working Conditions: • Primarily remote work, with occasional travel for production and meetings. • Full-time position requiring consistent attendance and communication. • Ability to perform job functions with or without accommodations.
