Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Electronics Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and negotiating electrical and electronics components, materials, and equipment to support our organization's operations. The role requires a strong understanding of electrical and electronics products, market trends, and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure electrical and electronics components, materials, and equipment according to the organization's technical and budgetary requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products at competitive prices.
Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier agreements to optimize cost and quality.

Year over year Productivity generation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as engineering, project management, and operations to understand procurement needs and provide effective supply chain solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements in electrical and electronics products to drive informed purchasing decisions.
Conduct market research, supplier evaluations, and cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical procurement practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in purchasing electrical and electronics components, materials, or equipment within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with supply chain management systems and procurement processes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning (ERP) oracle software.
