Job Description
Ø Drive Cooling projects for India
Ø Meet Program timelines for sourcing, meet target of expected cost reduction
Ø Development of strong supplier base capable of supplying good quality parts as per committed schedule.
Ø Drive YOY productivity using various tools
Ø Part Supplies qualification and having good parts flowing thru the product realization phase.
Ø Development of quality parts with Suppliers with optimum cost.
Ø Compliance on ROH's & REACH directive as per Schneider Guidelines..
o Knowledge of Cooling products & parts, suppliers, Cu/Stell piping, Propriety parts like Pump, Hoses, Heat exchangers, Sheet Metal & other related to cooling products

o Mechanical parts, Al castings, extrusion, Non-Ferrous Forgings, castings
o Raw material - Steel, Plastic
o ERP experience in SAP/ Oracle
Negotiation with supplier to drive YOY productivity, Drive QVE & Alternate sourcing projects. Contract management with the supplier & ensure smooth supply of quality parts with right qty as per scheduled time. Ensure data & system compliance. Drive supplier improvement projects. Drive Supplier consolidation projects.
