Our Screening team seeks a Sr. Manager of User Experience who will lead and inspire a team of UX designers to deliver exceptional user experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating innovative and intuitive products.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field (or related experience).
- 8+ years of experience in user experience design, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing design teams.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Ability to leverage data analytics to inform design decisions and measure the impact of UX improvements.
Must have:
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Nice to have:Â
- Deep understanding of screening workflows, regulations, and best practices.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards relevant to Screening processes and Fair Housing.

Compensation & Benefits
The base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $155,000-$200,000
The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.Â
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
