• Complete and coordinate manufacturing processes to ensure products meet strict quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements and improve production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure efficient performance and safety.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Generate and review detailed reports on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, encouraging a culture of inclusion and collaboration.

• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Technician or similar role in a high-paced environment.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Outstanding attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to strictly follow protocols and safety procedures.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet ambitious production goals.
• Relevant technical certification or associate degree preferred.
