Sr Treasury Analyst- 25010268

The Sr Treasury Analyst is responsible for understanding the infrastructure of the Company's Treasury Systems and applications in order to effectively support the requirements of existing process and the implementation of new and improved treasury management processes. This position will serve as treasury's representative for cross functional projects pertaining to the cash management function. This position will also develop a thorough understanding of the systems, software, technical processes and reporting in the treasury area in order to make recommendations for process improvements. Primary Responsibilities • Supports multiple treasury centers operational processes, systems, software, technical processes, and report development in support of cash management's liquidity management processes. • Supports Treasury projects and initiatives. This will include system updates (non-coded), user acceptance testing, data management, and becoming a subject matter expert for systems, software and technical processes based on various systems. • Reviews existing processes and procedures and recommends changes that will improve controls and workflow. • Manages new initiatives and works closely with Treasury Operations, IT, Banking Integrations Team, and Treasury Analysts to integrate new process that supports the business units. • Initiates and leads cross-functional team members to integrate cash management processes of business units that have not been previously integrated. • Supports Treasury team in various payment processes including: SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, and Wire Transfers. • Research and resolves escalated issues related to matrices and tracking tools to support SLAs and internal controls. • Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience. • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation, preferred. Experience • 5+ years of increasing responsibility and experience analyzing and developing process improvements. Essential Skills • Strong analytical and technical aptitude with the ability to evaluate system functionalities against business projects and needs. • Project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. • Experience understanding strategic plans. • Experience with various treasury software systems including SunGard Quantum, Wieland, Reval, and FxALL, preferred. • Advanced Excel and Access query skills coupled with database, finance system and modeling experience. • Strong experience with data base reporting or business intelligence tools such as Oracle, Cognos, SQL, Crystal Reports etc., preferred. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Ability to work well with others under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. • Strong oral and written skills to positively influence all levels within an organization. • Excellent organizational skills.
