Who are we looking for? 

As a Sr. Automation Engineer, you will have a big impact on the growth of the company because of the significant role you play in ensuring the successful adoption of Leapwork by our customers. You will work in a fast-paced team of experts. Your primary objectives will be to work with both leads and commercial customers on live chat and online sessions to help them with technical best practices and troubleshooting, using your deep technical knowledge and understanding of our product. Since Leapwork is a fast-growing company in a high-growth market space, you will be expected to be very flexible and perform a wide variety of tasks as they present themselves across the organization. 

Role Responsibilities: 

• Understand and resolve incoming automation queries with a high sense of urgency
• Deliver inspiring and engaging demos of Leapwork
• Resolve lead/customers question and answers via online Q&A sessions
• Troubleshoot complex automation issues with customers and resolve them
• Creating logical automation snippets for customers
• Help customers in onboarding and getting success with the product
• Log all incidents, requests, and customer interactions into Salesforce and other systems
• Create a knowledge base, training materials, and provide community support to leads and customers
• Ensure that customer feedback is incorporated in Leapwork.  

As a person, you are calm and able to drive issues forward under stressful conditions. You are expected to work primarily in shifts during US/AU/EU business hours from Leapwork office in Gurgaon India. However, due to the global nature of the business, some shifts must be expected to be scheduled for European, US, and Australian business hours. 

Technical Qualifications/ Role Requirements (Must - Have Skills) 

• 4 to 7 years of proven, relevant Automation experience 
• Be completely fluent in business-level written and verbal English with a neutral accent 
• Be experienced with test automation and software quality assurance in general 
• Be experienced with at least one major test automation platform such as Selenium 
• Be experienced with agile and DevOps processes, source control, database, and some programming 
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, global environment 
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent preferred.
