About Recast Software:
Recast Software, located in Minneapolis, MN, empowers organizations to better manage and support users and devices. Our mission is to simplify the work of IT teams and enable them to create highly secure and compliant environments. Our software does this by seamlessly integrating with existing IT infrastructure to quickly remediate issues, ensure compliance, enhance security, and maintain clear visibility across all devices. Recast is a rapidly growing software company with its solution being used by thousands of enterprise organizations in more than 125 countries, impacting millions of devices and (more importantly) the people who use them.Â
About the Role:Â
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and tech-savvy Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. You will lead the strategy and execution that enables the marketing team to be more effective through technology implementation, process improvement and opportunity discovery. This role will work closely with teams in Marketing, Sales and Customers Success to understand what’s working, what’s not, and how you can help. There will be an emphasis on lead routing and data enrichment, with the opportunity to implement and optimize new tools to help our team function better.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Own the Marketing Tech Stack: Maintain and optimize our existing integrated tech stack (Salesforce, Lean Data, Outreach, Zapier, Marketo, ZoomInfo and more) and identify new opportunities for additional software that can help us achieve our revenue goals.
- Optimize Lead Flow: Define, maintain, and optimize the end-to-end process of leads to opportunities, from initial lead submission to ensuring efficient handoffs from marketing activities to sales follow-up.
- Uncover Opportunities: Identify gaps in the lead funnel process; use data and automation to increase both quantity and quality of marketing-generated pipeline.
- Data Analysis and Enrichment: Capture, review and analyze revenue generating activities, surfacing opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness at every stage of the process. Find mechanisms that can enrich our existing data to improve our analysis and decision making.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with marketing, sales, customer success and finance to ensure processes are aligned between all organizational functions and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
- 7+ years of marketing and revenue operations experience and excellence at a B2B software company.
- 3+ years experience owning marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Lean Data, Outreach, Zapier, Marketo and ZoomInfo. Expertise with Marketo, Salesforce, and Outreach is most important.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Analytical, data-driven problem-solver with strong sense of curiosity
- Self-motivated with a drive to understand business challenges and ability to deliver organized, process-driven change within the organization
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, “get it done” environment that requires both strategic thinking as well as tactical execution
What you bring:Â
· You are empathetic. Through empathy, we better understand the problems in front of us, feel our customers’ pains and joys, and look out for the needs of all team members.Â
· You are curious. Ideas are rarely linear and often come from unexpected places. We ask the hard questions and also the simple ones. We listen to and embrace feedback because we can all learn from each other.Â
· You make mistakes. Mistakes are the foundation of success. We foster an environment where not getting it right every time is recognized as part of the innovation process.Â
· You bring positive energy and humor to work. We show up ready to make a positive impact, look out for each other, and we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
· You are change ready. The IT industry changes quickly. Our ability to be flexible and adapt on a constant basis determines our success.Â
· You are self-motivated. We proactively define the work that is important for our individual growth and the growth of the company.
Â
Compensation, Benefits, & Perks:Â
· The salary range for this position is $110,000-$140,000. Additionally, cash compensation for this role also includes a 10% annual discretionary company bonus. Salary may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
