Sr. Technical Consultant Cloud (PLSQL, SQL, Unix, Scripting, SCPO)

• Scope:
• Position involves a role that is responsible for SCPO Upgrade/Migration or implementation support of SCPO application with good knowledge on Supply Chain Planning &Optimization Suite of Blue Yonder products (Demand/FF/ESP/IO/S&OP etc). These include independently handling the Supply chain planning and optimization projects provide solution to technical/functional issues. It also includes guiding, training, and mentoring the solution team to make them self-reliant.

• Technical Stack
  • Knowledge in any SCPO module (Demand & FF, ESP,IO, S&OP)
  • OS – Unix-RHEL, Windows 2008R2 and above.
  • RDBMS – Oracle 11g and above and SQL/PLSQL 2012 and above (Mandatory)
  • Scripting – Perl, Shell, Python is Mandatory
  • Scheduling tools knowledge – Control-M is preferred one
  • Knowledge in Web application & support, concept of load balancing, networking etc is an advantage.
  • BA tools – Cognos.
  • Knowledge of SFTP, AS2 & Azure basic cloud concept is an advantage
  • Programming – Knowledge of core Java and C++ is an advantage

• What we are looking for:
• Should have good working knowledge in the Supply Chain Planning &Optimization Suite of Blue Yonder products.
• Preferable to have implementation experience on Supply Chain Planning &Optimization Suite of Blue Yonder products. Candidates will operational support background experience can be considered based on merit.
• Candidate should have good operational knowledge of the application configurations and its business use.
• Should have working knowledge of control-m batch scheduling tool and understand batch processing design and SLA’s.
• Should work as a liaison between Consulting, Support and Cloud Services to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements during on-boarding of new customers or during upgrades or patch updates
• Ensures quantity and quality content in the Knowledge base
• Responsible for incident resolution for specific set of customers within the specified POD / Product / Project.
• Adheres to priority-based management based on impact + urgency.
• Should have awareness of IT processes and should be compliant in following the Incident/ Problem and release management process.
