Staff Accountant

Job Title:Staff Accountant Location:Conshohocken, PA (100% On-Site, Monday–Friday) Compensation:$80,000 to 85,000 base +bonus Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), etc Overview: Rapidly expanding company is seeking aStaff Accountantto support key accounting functions involving complex, multi-year agreements. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional with experience in revenue deferrals, capitalized costs, and monthly close processes.MS Dynamics Great Plains is required Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and record journal entries related to long-term agreements and financing transactions • Track and amortize deferred costs such as fees, commissions, and other capitalized expenses • Manage and recognize deferred revenue across contract terms • Reconcile financial accounts, including bank, loan, and contract portfolios • Oversee cash application and general ledger maintenance • Support AP/AR functions, internal controls, and audit preparation • Contribute to accurate and timely month-end close procedures • Ensure financial reporting compliance with applicable accounting standards (GAAP) Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or similar • 5+ years of accounting experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (required) • Familiarity with Aspire or similar systems (strongly preferred) • Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
