Staff Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineering

1. Work with contract manufacturer, ensure the Sip quality level by making sure the Sip manufacturing process is under control, quality systems are fully aligned, driving the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process.
2. Drive to details of the manufacturing process of contract manufacturer, such as  assembly, testing and packing process, to ensure the quality level of Sip products.
3. Work with internal cross functional groups, such as process engineering, products engineering, test engineering, equipment engineering etc., necessarily to resolve any problems from the manufacturing in a timely manner.
4. Support customer quality team, FAE team or sales team to resolve any customer issues or complains to achieve customer satisfaction.
5. Lead and manage the customer onsite audits, including preparation, internal pre-audit, present before customers, and follow up to close all the findings, ensure 100% success of customer audits.
6. Execute long term plans to meet quality goal.
7. Ensure internal business processes and quality metrics are aligned

1. More than 10 years of related experience in quality control area, covering from supplier quality, in process quality and customer quality. Hands on experience of quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, 8D etc.
2. Experience and knowledge in semiconductor industry.
3. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and ISO System Auditor is an advantage.
4. Good experiences in Quality System Management, QA Engineering and QA Audit.
5. Visionary, aggressive, objective minded and results oriented.
6. Systematic with good problem solving, statistical analyst and project management skills.
7. The ideal candidate must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment, must have excellent planning and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a fast paced but limited resource environment.
8. Good leadership, good communication skill, be able to interact with all levels of employee and stakeholder.
9. Good team player.
10. Be fluent in English.
