Nearly every pharmacy is a nightmare to wait in lines, understand the prescription process, get the correct copay information, and coordinate with doctors — and worst of all, they all fail to focus on the customer as family. This position is located in Cibolo, tx This is a great opportunity with an established pharmacy that provides both retail prescriptions, compounded human and veterinary prescriptions as well as wellness consultations. If you are a skilled Pharmacy Manager with a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience managing a pharmacy, a can-do attitude, and ability to work in a patient focused setting we would love to speak with you. Job Summary The Pharmacy Manager is expected to plan, direct, monitor, and adjust pharmacy operations as required for goal attainment. This position requires willingness to make decisions that will ensure customers receive proper prescriptions and services, while achieving department goals. Primary emphasis is providing effective supervisory assistance and ensuring that the standards for accuracy, productivity and customer relations are maintained. This position requires comprehensive knowledge and experience of pharmacy policy and procedures. Requires the ability to resolve customer complaints in a prompt and confident manner. QUALIFICATIONS Certificates, Licenses, Registrations -Current Texas license (Must be in good standing) Education and/or Experience -B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm D. Language Skills -English. Spanish Speaking is a plus. Mathematical Skills- Because we are a compounding pharmacy you need to have the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Computer Skills -To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of pharmacy software, Internet, and word processing systems. PioneerRx Software knowledge is a plus.
