Staff Pharmacist Per Diem Coverage (Specialty Retail) Bronx, NY

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. We are seeking a licensed Staff Pharmacist for a per diem opportunity covering a specialty independent retail pharmacy in the Bronx. These roles offer flexible scheduling and potential for ongoing PRN work with a well-regarded pharmacy group serving locations across the five boroughs. Schedule: Coverage needed through August 31st (MondaySaturday) Pharmacy Hours: • Monday Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM • Saturday: 10:00 AM 5:00 PM • Sunday: Closed (Additional PRN coverage may be requested at locations in Manhattan and other boroughs.) Responsibilities: • Verify prescriptions for accuracy and compliance • Process billing and reimbursement claims • Support operations in a high-volume specialty pharmacy • Deliver professional pharmacy services in an independent setting System/Software: • MicroMerchant (required for retail assignments) Requirements: • Active NY State Pharmacist License (in good standing) • Recent experience in retail or specialty pharmacy • Local to the NYC area • Experience in independent pharmacies preferred (not big box retail) • Must be flexible and willing to float between pharmacy locations Compensation for this position ranges from $55.00 to $72.00.
