Job Description

• Implement and deliver system level projects with a group of senior software engineers
• Design architectural plans on system level
• Optimize application performance
• Make system level decisions
• Participate in code and design reviews
• Approve code changes (PR) and application level designs
• Implement bugfixes
• Conduct system level bug-hunting and trouble-shooting
• Follow development lifecycle, workflow and processes
• Evolve processes, technical standards, conventions, policies
• Contribute, review and validate standards
• Drive the tech community
• Create, maintain and continuously improve development pipeline
• Mentoring and pair programming
• Share architectures, expertise and insight on system level
• Participate in the recruitment of developers
• Detailed technical and soft skill assessment
• Efficient implementation and testing of features, with the highest quality
• Test and validate implemented features
• Contribute to automated tests
• Manage deployments and releases
• Proactively support the team, help other colleagues to solve issues
• Continuous self-development
• Continuously improve the quality of the team and product with ideas, suggestions and by researching
• Assist in on-call duty situations

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of React, NextJS, SSR, performance optimization, Tailwind, NodeJS, event-driven microservice architecture.
• Analytical and pragmatic thinking
