University Medical Partners (UMP), a partner of Stanford Medicine, is seeking a full-time BC/BE OB/GYN physician to join our established outpatient clinic in Pleasanton, CA.

Practice Details:

Full-time employment opportunities available
Full-scope Women’s Health services include preconception, prenatal planning, high-risk pregnancy, postpartum and postnatal care, gynecologic and obstetric care, in-office procedures, and specialized surgical care
Physicians see an average of 20 patients per day in clinic
Average delivery volume: 10-15 deliveries per month
All OB deliveries performed at Stanford Tri-Valley Hospital with 24-hour dedicated Anesthesiologist to L&D, 24-hour Neonatologist, and 24-hour Pediatric Hospitalist
Call Schedule – 1:6
Six (6) providers in the group: Four (4) general Ob/Gyn physicians and two Advanced Practice Clinicians (1 Nurse Practitioner, 1 Physician Assistant)
Robust ancillary support staff
Opportunity to precept medical students, Physician Assistant students, and Family Medicine residents (coming in 2025)
Access to Stanford University School of Medicine Faculty physicians

Why Practice With UMP?Total Full-time compensation package approximately $558,000 annual

2-year base salary guarantee with total annual compensation starting at $325,000 (for 1.0 FTE)
Approximately $192,000 annual Call pay
Residency Stipend $1,000 per month (up to 12 months)
wRVU-based Productivity Incentive Bonus
Up to 10% annual performance incentives
Sign-on Bonus
Relocation Bonus
