What You'll Work On

• Manages teams with focus on policy and strategy implementation and control rather than development.
  Short-term operational/tactical responsibilities. Develops pricing strategies to meet customers' needs while providing a profit
  for the organization.
• Develop and implement pricing plans for the organization's products/services to meet established targets.
  Contribute to business planning to develop a pricing strategy consistent with the organization's overall mission, vision, and
  objectives.
  Defines objectives and allocates resources to ensure pricing is effective, economical, and appropriate for intended
  audience, whilst still profitable for the company.
  Adjusts pricing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
  Liaise with other managers to ensure activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall
  corporate objectives.
  Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of pricing professionals.

Required Qualifications

Associates Degree

Minimum 7 years' business experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong Financial Experience
• Critical thinker and innovator
• Strong collaborator that can work in a cross functional environment
• Have a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
