Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

The Manufacturing Training Supervisor will set up and expand training and development in Bulgaria, including developing and maintaining production training certification processes. This role ensures that production training meets quality standards, all necessary documents are available in Bulgarian in our LMS, and personnel development and training measures are developed with stakeholders while setting up culture programs. The supervisor will integrate into the site leadership team and work within an international team, performing hands-on tasks while being conceptually proficient. Additionally, the role involves administering the Learning Management System and supporting document language translation. Your hands-on experience in training or manufacturing and passion for leading change in a fast-paced, regulated environment will be critical to the success of our operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with production management to prioritize and schedule certification training across all production areas and the Onboarding process
• Evaluate training effectiveness using product quality data, safety data, and feedback, and manage/administrate the Learning Management System.
• Maintain and improve the training certification program, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation
• Develop and deliver new training courses in manufacturing skills, quality systems, IT tools, and leadership skills..
• Lead and manage the small Bulgarian team.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• BS degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of applicable work experience , preferably in the medical device industry, specifically in manufacturing in a similar position. People Leader experience
• Experience with a fast grown  and driving organization
• Experience in Culture Development / People Development / Workshops
• Exceptional communication skills; able to organize, summarize, clarify, and communicate ideas simply and accurately to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; Data Genius is a plus.
