What You Will Do :
-
Oversee day to day client activities for multiple physician coding projects
-
Supervisors oversee teams of up to 15 coders at any given time
-
Supervisors are client facing and ensure project metrics and client satisfaction is met
What You Will Need :
-
CPC from AAPC
-
3 or more years of experience supervising coding teams or 5+ years physician coding experience
-
Client facing and/or physician interaction and communications experience
-
Ability to multitask
-
Excellent written and oral communication skills
-
Excellent organizational skills
-
Must maintain certifications during employment
What Would Be Nice To Have :
-
Specialty credential(s) from AAPC
-
Proficiency in complex surgical coding
-
Experience in performing Provider education
The annual salary range for this position is $68000.00-$113000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill sets experience and training security clearances licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.
