Supervisor - Physician Coding Operations

What You Will Do :

• Oversee day to day client activities for multiple physician coding projects

• Supervisors oversee teams of up to 15 coders at any given time

• Supervisors are client facing and ensure project metrics and client satisfaction is met

What You Will Need :

• CPC from AAPC

• 3 or more years of experience supervising coding teams or 5+ years physician coding experience

• Client facing and/or physician interaction and communications experience

• Ability to multitask

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Must maintain certifications during employment

What Would Be Nice To Have :

• Specialty credential(s) from AAPC

• Proficiency in complex surgical coding

• Experience in performing Provider education

The annual salary range for this position is $68000.00-$113000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill sets experience and training security clearances licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.
