Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:
The B&S Product Specialist Supervisor is responsible for leading the Customer Care Product Specialist Team and supporting all products sold by the Bracing and Supports division of Enovis. They will provide exceptional customer service, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain & build positive relationships cross-functionally with our internal & external customers and field sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and new information dissemination out to the Care team.
- Monitors daily workforce activities to meet KPI’s and drive best in class customer experience.
- Supervisory responsibility for domestic and international team members.
- Hires, trains, coaches, develops, and retains a talented team.
- Reviews and approves staffing schedules to ensure staffing meets the demand, maximizes efficiencies, and meets KPI service levels for the customer.
- Conducts performance reviews and developmental sessions with each of the Product Specialists; provides on-going feedback and coaching for development.
- Ensures goals, objectives, and KPI’s for their team align with the strategic direction of the company and Care department.
- Collaborates with the Care Team Trainer and Supervisors to provide direction & support in assessing the training needs of the Care team Associates & Leads.
- Collaborates with Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Distribution to lead and facilitate improvement opportunities for our service levels to our customers.
- Makes effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with a project.
- Performs quality control on projects throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
- Functions as department liaison by coordinating various activities and providing customer support to internal and external customers.
- Handles and resolves complex customers issues and escalated customer calls, ensuring effective long-term problem resolution and an improved customer experience.
- Implements policies, standard work, procedures, and product/service standards to ensure quality and efficiency and exceptional customer service.
- Represents the company professionally, ethically, and morally, always.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:

- Experience working with Orthopedic bracing preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science or related field required
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) required; minimum of 1-year clinical experience.
Travel Requirements:
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time; both domestic and international travel is required.
- Overnight, out-of-town stays are required.
