Job Description
Summary
This position is located in the Office Services Branch of the Administrative Services Division. It is designed to assist in providing customer service to the Court through efficient supply room operations. The primary responsibilities of the position is the receipt, inventory and distribution of supplies.

Conditions of Employment

- Valid Motor Vehicle Operator's License
- List of three (3) professional references

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: A high school diploma or General Equivalence Diploma (GED) and at least (2) years of clerical or administrative experience in an office environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds, and be able to endure prolonged standing and walking.  Â
Must possess and maintain a valid Motor Vehicle Operator's permit/license. A copy of your Motor Vehicle Operator's permit/license must be submitted prior to appointment.

Please note that authorization for the release of your adult criminal record revealing any convictions and forfeitures, and any criminal cases currently pending before the courts is required. Â If you are selected for the position, a criminal history records check will be conducted.
Education
