SME for IBM Enterprise System Monitor (ESM) 5.2.x FSM (ECM System Monitor), 4.0.1-002 interim fix 1 (FSM Servers in CUT & PRD only, FSM Agents all environments) Team Lead Tasks Daily Production system support Daily Non-Production system supportProject allocation and support SME Daily client interaction (for problem resolution, steady state, status meetings, and project work) PMR / trouble ticket creation and support (and escalations) AD Group Ownership Remedy owner/approver for the DMS Team" Master 7 min 2 yr Degree min.
