Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate System Engineer – Feature Owner to join our team. In this role, you will take full ownership of features related to ADAS, Interior, or Parking systems, driving them from concept to implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure seamless alignment, delivery, and performance of automotive features, all while contributing to cutting-edge technological advancements in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create technical documentation for ADAS, Interior, or Parking Features.
  • Be fully responsible for the alignment, implementation, and delivery of the assigned feature.
  • Analyze customer requirements and technical specifications to define feature parameters and functionality.
  • Support the calibration and tuning of the final feature for the respective car line.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams, competencies, and vendors to ensure proper feature implementation.
  • Analyze the performance of assigned features under test drive conditions.
  • Actively support and collaborate with software and test engineers.
  • Participate in system reviews, project meetings, and technical innovations.
  • Maintain continuous communication with customers regarding project status and feature performance.
  • Ensure adherence to E&S quality standards, schedules, and customer requirements.
  • Represent the company positively in front of customers and partner organizations.
  • Continuously develop professional qualifications and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of commercial experience on a similar role/position
  • Strong knowledge of electronics and electronic measurement fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with microcontrollers and software programming.
  • Proficiency in English and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Methodical problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Python is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Familiarity with FUSA (Functional Safety) and ADAS systems and features is a plus.
  • Location: 3 days / week presence in the office in Cracow is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in the automotive industry.
  • Working knowledge of automotive electronics and systems.
