Systems Engineer

We are looking for a Systems Engineer ready to build the foundational pieces for a AAA title. Your responsibilities include helping develop systems that support all aspects of the game, such as level loading and streaming. The Systems Engineer provides the build blocks that everything is built on top of. 

 Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with engineers and other departments to provide holistic solutions with an emphasis on achieving GOTY. 
• Implement and maintain production quality C/C++ for features, tools, and workflows to build related systems. 
• Write and maintain relevant documentation. 
• Provide regular communication updates and coordinate with production regarding scheduling and priorities. 

Requirements & Skills:   

• Experience with C++. 
• (Bonus) Strong math skills. 
• (Bonus) Unreal Engine experience. 

Qualities:   

• Work independently with minimal direction. 
• Ability to communicate clearly visually, verbally and written. 

TNM considers a number of factors when determining each role's base pay range, including industry benchmarks, location, experience, and other job specific skills. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for other incentive compensation including equity and profit share. The estimated base pay range for this role is U.S. only and not applicable for locations outside of the U.S.

The estimated base pay range for this role is: $120,000 - $160,000
