Nokia's Device Management Services team is dedicated to providing our customers with tailored views and convenient access to manage and monitor their device management activities effectively. We strive to deliver customized solutions that meet individual needs and enhance device management efficiency. As a Tableau Report Developer, your role within our team will involve developing and maintaining advanced reporting solutions for device management functions within the Nokia IMPACT platform. A solid reporting platform will further strengthen our team's ability to deliver comprehensive device management services to our valued customers.
What you will learn and contribute to
"We are looking for an individual who can develop and validate Tableau reports, perform data analysis, participate in troubleshooting issues, document data mappings, and provide design inputs."
As part of the team, you will:
- Develop Tableau reports by creating visualizations and interactive dashboards communicating data insights effectively.
- Test the Tableau reports to ensure accuracy and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Provide support by assisting users with Tableau-related inquiries and resolving any technical problems.
- Document all data mappings and ensure they are current, making it easier for others to understand and work with the data.
- Publish the Tableau reports to the appropriate platforms, making them accessible to the intended audience.

Your skills and experience
You have:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting, specifically utilizing Tableau.
- A strong grasp of SQL and relational databases, allowing you to effectively retrieve and manipulate data.
- Proficient knowledge of Tableau administration and architecture, ensuring the smooth functioning of the platform.
- Competency in using Excel macros, pivot tables, and other related tools for data analysis and presentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
It would be nice if you also had:
- In-depth familiarity with device management protocols, including OMA-DM, LWM2M, and TR-069, enabling you to analyze and report on data from connected devices.
- Tableau Developer certification, demonstrating your advanced skills and expertise with the Tableau platform.
